Why choose a Stratasys 3D Printer
Medical-grade 3D Printers and Materials

Production Ready Machines
Stratasys 3D Printers build the most durable, stable, repeatable parts in the industry. With accuracy that rivals injection molding with an array of real thermoplastic materials.
The lead time for production is now measured in minutes and hours, not days, weeks or months.

Medical-grade Materials
From autoclave-sterilizable PPSF, FST-rated ULTEM™ 9085 resin and biocompatible ULTEM 1010 resin, to FDM Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber™, offering the strength of metal with the highest stiffness-to-weight ratio of any FDM material, there is a material to suit your needs, including ABS, ABS M30i and PC-ISO biocompatible materials.

Fast & Accurate
Fused deposition modeling (FDM) is a widely-used form of 3D printing whereby strong thermoplastics are deposited layer-by layer from the bottom up by heating and extruding thermoplastic filament.
You can choose between speed and resolution, where coarser layers means larger parts can be built more quickly to meet demand.
Stratasys 3D Printer Key Features
Produce fast, effective prototypes and highly accurate production parts

Large build size options, ranging from 355 x 254 x 355 mm / 14 x 10 x 14 inches, up to 914 x 610 x 914 mm / 36 x 24 x 36 inches, with the ability to build large, dense parts successfully.
With many Stratasys 3D Printers you can simply plug and play. With fast, easy material change-out, plus auto-calibration ensures you spend less time troubleshooting and more time building.
Many Stratasys 3D printers have an ultra low noise level during building – under 46 dB, similar to a residential refrigerator. Fully enclosed system with auto-locking door for safety while building. Remote monitoring with an integrated camera is also for less interaction with the machine.

ABS-ESD7
ABS-ESD7 thermoplastic Stratasys 3D printing material has static dissipative properties for applications where a static charge can damage products, impair their performance or cause an explosion.

ABS-M30
ABS-M30 is ideal for conceptual modeling, functional prototyping, manufacturing tools and production parts. ABS-M30 has greater strength than standard ABS.

ABS-M30i
ABS-M30i is a Stratasys biocompatible 3D printing material perfectly suited for medical, pharmaceutical and food-packaging applications.

FDM Nylon 12CF
FDM Nylon 12CF combines strength with excellent fatigue properties suitable for repetitive closures, snap fits and vibration-resistant parts.

FDM TPU 92A
FDM TPU 92A brings the benefits of elastomers to Stratasys FDM 3D printing and offers the capability to quickly produce large and complex elastomer parts.

PC-ISO
PC-ISO is a bio-compatible FDM thermoplastic that lets engineers create prototypes, molds and products in a heat-resistant material for the pharmaceutical, food packaging and medical industries.

PPSF / PPSU
PPSF / PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) Stratasys 3D printing material has the greatest heat and chemical resistance of all FDM materials
Stratasys 3D Printer Benefits
Designed for fast prototyping and production

Smarter Software
GrabCAD Print™ software simplifies the entire 3D printing process with an intuitive CAD-like application anyone on your team can use. And with features like detailed reporting and remote monitoring, you can easily manage your print jobs from home / remotely.
Combined with the ability to seamlessly share projects between users, it all adds up to a more streamlined, efficient workflow.

Versatility & Performance
Stratasys Printers let you print everything from fast, low-cost concept models to durable assemblies; along with an easy-to-remove soluble or break-away support material.
Create complex parts and assemblies with no compromise on accuracy, detail and repeatability. Even for your earliest design iterations, you can expect Stratasys quality and dependability.

More Efficiency
Many Stratasys machines feature the fast-draft mode to produce initial design concepts quickly and economically. Now you can print twice as fast as standard build mode while consuming just a third of the material on average.
For product testing and prototyping choose PLA material. A thermoplastic made from renewable resources, PLA gives you the speed of fast-draft mode while keeping material expenses down.
