Littleton Regional Healthcare’s Birth and Parenting Program Presents……

Mother smile to her child, isolated over whiteMom’s Morning Out

A support community for new moms

A great opportunity for new moms to get together and share their experiences as parents.

We encourage fathers and partners to join our community.

And of course, babies are welcome!

Do you ever wonder??

Is my baby getting enough to eat?…. Is it bad to “spoil” my baby?…..Why am I so tired?…..

When can I get my baby on a “schedule”?…. Does anyone else feel like I do? …..“Let’s Talk”

A lactation counselor is available to provide breastfeeding support.

Mom’s Morning Out meets every Wednesday morning 10:00-11:30am
in the Medical Office Building conference room
#1102

(Located on the ground floor next to Eye Associates of Northern New England)

For more information call the Birth and Parenting Program at (603) 444-9335.
